Day 17 What knowledge are you grateful for?

It is very likely that a flock of Californian wild turkeys will wait for your car to pass before attempting to cross the road. If you meet them at an intersection, you and anyone else stopped at this point will have to wait a considerable amount of time for the flock to waddle past, usually in a line. Do not ever, under any circumstances, approach the large, gobbling tom, especially in the months of March or April. (He’s got spurs on the backs of his legs.)
